Clients

In the course of duty we store clients personal details such as name, address, company name, company position and contact details such as email and telephone.

How we use the information

These details are stored offline on a secure server and are only ever used for internal purposes. We do generate reports on the information which we retain for marketing purposes as well as maintaining levels of customer service.

Sharing information with 3rd parties

When dealing with our partners, details are only ever shown when expressly permitted by the owner of the details. In essence, you have to opt-in rather than opt-out. This adds a further layer of protection to the information.

We do not pass on or sell our client information to 3rd parties outside of our network. Any service we feel may be important to clients will be handled by us maintaining the privacy of the information. Only if expressly permitted will the details be shown.

Visitors

Our website has several interactive features which involve the use of cookies and the collection of personal information such as name and email address. This information is kept within our secure servers and stored offline. The cookies are used for your convenience when completing contact forms or commenting on articles.

Exceptions

When completing a comment for an article on this site your details will be stored on the database on this Web server. This is completely password protected and secure. Your email address is never published but your name and website address will be. This is normal procedure for websites offering a blog facility such as this.
